This position is responsible for providing support to the sales team
Review all sales contracts; pricing, coding, commissions, installation information, sales checklist (approved by Manager)
Give coaching to new residential sales consultants on sales process
Compile report on all residential sales and SME for RMR and bonus points (verification of each sales)
Maintain attendance and sick leave information and forward it to the manager for approval
Assist with promotions, contests and sales campaigns
Support tradeshows and selling events
Support sales team with inquiries relating to all procedures and policies (excluding HR)
Assist Sales manager in sales development tools to identify gaps
Take part sales meeting and prepare agendas and minutes
Prérequis :
College Diploma in Business Administration (an asset)
2-3 years experience in a similar position
Advanced Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access. Excellent customer service skills
Ability to manage stressful situations, and work effectively in a team environment
Ability to work in a busy fast paced, multi-tasked environment
