This position is responsible for providing support to the sales team

  • Review all sales contracts; pricing, coding, commissions, installation information, sales checklist (approved by Manager)
  • Give coaching to new residential sales consultants on sales process
  • Compile report on all residential sales and SME for RMR and bonus points (verification of each sales)
  • Maintain attendance and sick leave information and forward it to the manager for approval 
  • Assist with promotions, contests and sales campaigns
  • Support tradeshows and selling events
  • Support sales team with inquiries relating to all procedures and policies (excluding HR)
  • Assist Sales manager in sales development tools to identify gaps
  • Take part sales meeting and prepare agendas and minutes
Prérequis :  
  • College Diploma in Business Administration (an asset)
  • 2-3 years experience in a similar position
  • Advanced Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access. Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to manage stressful situations, and work effectively in a team environment
  • Ability to work in a busy fast paced, multi-tasked environment
