This position is responsible for providing support to the sales team
- Review all sales contracts; pricing, coding, commissions, installation information, sales checklist (approved by Manager)
- Give coaching to new residential sales consultants on sales process
- Compile report on all residential sales and SME for RMR and bonus points (verification of each sales)
- Maintain attendance and sick leave information and forward it to the manager for approval
- Assist with promotions, contests and sales campaigns
- Support tradeshows and selling events
- Support sales team with inquiries relating to all procedures and policies (excluding HR)
- Assist Sales manager in sales development tools to identify gaps
- Take part sales meeting and prepare agendas and minutes
- Other duties as assigned

| Qualifications : | |
- College Diploma in Business Administration (an asset)
- 2-3 years experience in a similar position
- Advanced Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access. Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to manage stressful situations, and work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to work in a busy fast paced, multi-tasked environment
- Customer service skills
- Judgement, tact and initiative
