Title :  Technical Support Operator

Reports to :  Monitoring Station Supervisor
Branch :  Montreal, Quebec, Ottawa, Edmonton and Vancouver
Responsabilities :  

The use of the masculine gender and is used solely to lighten the text.

  • Receive calls and assist subscribers who are experiencing technical problems with their security system. 
  • Identify the nature of the technical problem and schedule a service call if required. 
  • Outside of the dispatch department operational hours, dispatch service calls to service technicians.
  • Put systems in test mode for service installers as well as contractors.
Qualifications :  
  • Bilinguism (Montreal only and Ottawa an asset)
  • Electronic or informatic degree (an asset)
  • Knowledge of security equipment (an asset)
  • Customer service experience 
  • Strong sense of responsibility
  • Good judgment
  • Stress management
  • Work under pressure
  • Team Spirit
