|
The use of the masculine gender and is used solely to lighten the text.
- Receive calls and assist subscribers who are experiencing technical problems with their security system.
- Identify the nature of the technical problem and schedule a service call if required.
- Outside of the dispatch department operational hours, dispatch service calls to service technicians.
- Put systems in test mode for service installers as well as contractors.

| Qualifications : |

- Bilinguism (Montreal only and Ottawa an asset)
- Electronic or informatic degree (an asset)
- Knowledge of security equipment (an asset)
- Customer service experience
- Strong sense of responsibility
- Good judgment
- Stress management
- Work under pressure
- Team Spirit
