|
Reporting to the Regional Director Dealer Program & Residential Sales the tenure of this position is responsible for developing the Dealer Program, prospecting, evaluating and negotiating the acquisition of security companies and/or their monitoring accounts. The tenure of these mandates must also support and follow-up on the account integration process to insure agreements are respected and timelines are met while maintaining and growing the Wholesale monitoring base and searching out acquisition opportunities.
As a key member of the Dealer & Residential Sales team, the Dealer & Acquisition Manager will also contribute to strategic planning and take on special mandates and projects as assigned.

You possess a post-secondary diploma in business administration with sales and marketing focus and have 5 years experience in sales within the service industry combined with a minimum of 2-5 years experience in a leadership role in a fast paced consumer driven environment and negotiating large contract with senior executives. You have a positive attitude, love working with others and have excellent communication and organizational skills. You demonstrated business acumen skills with a solid reputation as a key contributor to operational excellence. You are a team player that prides yourself on being approachable and flexible.
