Position Summary:

Under the immediate supervision of the National Director - Operations Support, the occupant of this position will support authorized dealers, installers and technicians. He will build and maintain long-term quality by setting and demonstrating the standards of excellence required to make every installation and service opportunity an exceptional customer experience. His role will lead him to perform appropriate training programs and ensure compliance with standards through QIP processes.

Essential Responsabilities:

- Ensure compliance of installation standards through QIP process.
- Conduct regular inspections on installers within region and/or review inspection reports.
- Work with existing dealers to ensure that they are aware of Reliance Protectron performance standards and methods.
- Provide remote technical assistance for dealer technical staff as required.
- Undertake special projects or assignments as required by Business Development Team to support Marketing Partners and/or new Dealer.
- Maintain Reliance Protectron high standard of image with our customers and Dealers through proper care and consideration in maintaining any company-supplied vehicle, tools, stock and/or uniform. Accountable for any vehicle inventory provided.
- Perform initial technical training with new dealers in coordination with Business Development Managers.
- Provide refresher training as required with new and existing Reliance Protectron and dealer staff.
- Teach course ranging from start-up basics to advanced installation techniques and trouble-shooting for more experienced technicians.
- Give a ''certification'' program where installation staff can receive increasing levels of technical certificates from Reliance Protectron.
- Lead, align and orchestrate training course with suppliers in order to maintain standards and to supoprt the technical resources of the company.
- Develop specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, document and accomplish your work in order to meet expected deadlines.
- Attend and actively participate in team meetings and provide constructive solutions to business needs.
- Perform other responsabilities as required as directed by the Director.

Qualifications:

- Completed college diploma in electronics or the equivalent is required.
- Possess a valid driver's licence.
- 4 years experience installing and repairing Honeywell, DSC, GE or comparable security product line and 1 year experience facilitating training courses, however, any equivalent combination of education and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities may be considered.
- Proficient in Microsoft office and the Internet
- Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes assessment, meeting quality standards for services and evaluation of satisfaction.
