“Safe Halloween”

Once again this year, Reliance Protectron aims to ensure children’s safety on Halloween

Montreal, October 24, 2011 – In accordance with its mission of protection, Reliance Protectron Security Services will deploy some twenty prevention teams across Canada on Halloween night. These teams are tasked to patrol the streets and encourage children to be careful.

Every year on Halloween, employees from all of Reliance Protectron’s offices take part in prevention activities in conjunction with local organizations, police departments, and citizen groups. As part of these activities, they distribute free of charge reflective stickers promoting prudence among children and parents to schools, convenience stores, and other organizations.

These initiatives are designed to remind everyone to be careful on Halloween. Employees will also hand out candy to children on Halloween night.

We take this opportunity to reassert our commitment to the community by emphasizing the need for everyone to be careful on this special evening,” stated Patrice De Luca, Vice-President of Marketing and Business Development at Reliance Protectron. “Operation Safe Halloween contributes to our mission, which is to protect people and their property. We take this opportunity to make direct contact with the public, talk with children about the rules of safety, and reassure parents as to the safety of one and all. Our employees always put their heart into this initiative – it’s not surprising then that it’s so greatly appreciated in all communities.”
