Even if your profile doesn’t match any of the positions currently available, we invite you to submit an online application by selecting the type of position you’re looking for in the drop-down menu in the “Apply Online” section. We keep your résumé for six (6) months.
Please note that bilingualism and a high school diploma are minimum requirements for all our positions.
Remote Monitoring Centres
Most positions at Protectron’s ULC-certified remote monitoring centres are in customer service, telemarketing, and administration.
Please note that a ULC-certified remote monitoring centre is not an ordinary call centre. It’s a secure environment where employees must rapidly respond to alarm signals sent by customer security systems based on emergency measures and customer instructions.
Operators receive full training under the supervision of a designated mentor. Through regular training and continuous coaching, our operators can rise through the ranks in their own team or in other company departments.
Sales
As a growing company, Protectron is constantly on the lookout for sales professionals to further develop the market. Those interested in joining our sales team can look forward to comprehensive training, top-notch supervision, and continuous on-the-job coaching.
Information Technology
Given the nature of its activities, Protectron also needs an increasing number of IT specialists to provide user support, design IT architecture, or manage the information system.
Technical Support
In order to perform the various required tasks for its operations, Protectron constantly hires and trains technicians at all levels of experience (experienced technicians, beginners, and trainees who have taken specialized training courses). Administration
