- Installation, repair and maintenance of alarm system operations
- Travel to customer locations
- Customer training on care and use of alarm systems
- Completion of all service reports, activation and resign paperwork
- Maintenance and replenishment of service inventory
- Maintenance of Protectron service vans and tools
- Inspect installations completed by Dealers for compliance and quality

| Qualifications : |
|
- Bilinguism (Montreal and Ottawa only)
- Have TQ card (Vancouver only)
- College diploma in alalrm system or any relates courses
- Customer service oriented
