Monitoring Station Supervisor

 Under the supervision of the Chief Operator, the incumbent attends to the signals coming from the client’s security systems

• - Attend to alarm signals transmitted to the monitoring station by applying established procedures.
• - Dispatch alarm signals to establish emergency services.
• - Document the alarm signals treatment into client’s file.
• - Dispatch calls to the patrol and follow-up.
• - Follow-up on processed signals based on each situation.
• - Receive and direct client’s calls to the appropriate department
• - Periodically verify monitoring station equipments for malfunction.
• - Other affiliated duties related to the job or upon immediate superior’s request. 

• - Experience in customer service
• - High School Diploma
