What does the Inside Sales Representative do? In a nutshell, you’re the key player that contributes to customer satisfaction by providing high quality services to customers through the presentations and the solutions you offer. More specifically, you handle inquiries from new and existing customers who wish to acquire security systems and monitoring services.
