Your tasks:
- - Trouble Shooting
- - Receive customer calls and help them with their technical issues regarding their alarm system.
- - Identify the nature of the technical problem and request a service call if necessary
- - Dispatch calls to technicians when necessary
- - Place alarm systems in test mode for Technicians
- - Create new surveillance files for urgent matters when issues are out of regular business hours
- - Treat incoming alarm signals when monitoring station queue is full
- - Downloading of alarm system panels
- - All other tasks requested by immediate supervisor.

| Qualifications : |
|
Requirements for position:
- - Customer service experience;
- - Team player;
- - Bilingualism is required (English / French)
- - High school diploma;
- - Flexible & Adaptable;
- - Great interpersonal skills;
- - Availabilities to work days, evenings and week-ends;
