Status :   Full Time, Permanent

Reports to :   Customer Service Manager

Branch :   Montreal and Edmonton

Responsabilities :  

The use of the masculine gender and is used solely to lighten the text.

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, the Customer Service  deals with Customer Service calls inquiries and follows up on these.

  • Answer Customer inquiries and follow up.
  • Assist customers with billing issues and reconcile accounts if necessary
  • Request adjustments, credits or refunds for customers accounts as required.
  • Provide monitoring and central station procedures information to customers and explain specific events on file.
  • Provide first level technical support.
  • Etc.

 


Qualifications :  
  • Bilinguism (Montreal only)
  • Completed High School degree
  • 2 years experience in cutomer service (an asset)
  • Computer skills
  • Excellent team player
  • Analysis skills
  • Stress management
  • Empathy
