Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, the Customer Service deals with Customer Service calls inquiries and follows up on these.
- Answer Customer inquiries and follow up.
- Assist customers with billing issues and reconcile accounts if necessary
- Request adjustments, credits or refunds for customers accounts as required.
- Provide monitoring and central station procedures information to customers and explain specific events on file.
- Provide first level technical support.
- Etc.

| Qualifications : |

- Bilinguism (Montreal only)
- College diploma in administration (an asset)
- 2 years experience in cutomer service (an asset)
- Computer skills
- Excellent team player
- Analysis skills
