THE ROLE
Lead a sales contact centre team in order grow revenue, market share, improve customer retention, acquisition of new customers and proactively anticipating market trends and impacts by providing exceptional customer service. Lead and develop a team of Telesales Representatives in order to meet sales objectives.
JOB FUNCTIONS
· Implement annual sales strategies and initiatives to drive and maintain business growth.
· Set goals, determine accountabilities, monitor performance and evaluate results.
· Identify and qualify new sales & lead opportunities, initiate action plans, apply knowledge of customers and promote value proposition.
· Continuously work to enhance the customer experience by identifying opportunities for improvements in service levels.
· Analyze sales statistics and relevant reporting to determine business growth potential.
· Work in partnership with other departments to build and maintain relationships with marketing partners and dealers.
· Empower employees to identify innovative approaches to enhance o organizational performance.
· Define and update responsibilities and tasks for Telesales Employees and ensure consistency in the execution.
· Perform annual reviews for all direct reports and develop growth plans to ensure a high performance culture.
· Create an environment that rewards and recognizes the demonstration of core Protectron values in day-to-day operations.
